Rooibos is a tisane or infusion (Tisane or infusion is the

term used to describe tea made from plants other than the

tea plant camellia sinensis) made from the South African

rooibos bush. The rooibos bush is mainly grown in the

Cedarberg region in the western cape of South Africa.

Also known as red bush tea, red tea or bush tea.Rooibos

is rich in vitamins, minerals and is naturally caffeine

free.It creates a bright-red liquid and has a fruity

acidic taste.
