Oolong or Wulong tea is a partially oxidised (fermented) tea.

Depending on the level of oxidation oolong teas can be close 

to a green tea (minimal oxidation), black tea (full oxidation)

or anywhere in between. Oolong tea is often fired or roasted.

It is known for its woody and sweet aromas.
